Last year we grew 300%, and this year, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us do it again. Support our explosive growth by establishing and scaling our distributed team structure. Set us up to scale, rapidly and efficiently, evolving and creating the agile/Lean processes used by our interdependent global team.
As Operations and Growth Leader you will work across the organization to level-up and scale how we operate. Success will be measured by your performance in achieving our 4 key business KPIs.
The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and direct collaboration with the founders (CEO and CTO) and other executives.
Level-up how we run this distributed team with hubs in LA and India, so we’re ready to scale and running on a metrics and KPI-driven system.
Develop strong systems for measuring the impact every team member is having on their’s and the company’s key metrics.
Develop processes that reduce the influence of bias in all forms.
Manage and grow the finance team
Manage and grow the HR and recruiting practices.
Support the founders in developing a humanistic culture of “Care and Passion” with the right balance of objective metrics, open and clear communication, and everything we’ll need to attract and keep a world-class team of incredible A-player, human beings who become even better because they’re with us.
Support the founders in defining and building out the org chart in the right order, deeply understanding each role, when we need it, and how it will fit in.
Make sure we maintain transparency and communication so everyone knows what’s happening across the team
Implement and develop Lean Startup principles to help us rapidly experiment with every aspect of operations, accurately measuring the results, learning, and going around again.
Develop an org performance dashboard, tracking our KPIs and other key metrics on the health of the business.

What You'll Need:
5+ years experience in Operations; 3+ years in leading and managing a scaling and multifaceted team.
5+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Software Industry, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS businesses.
Proven experience leading an Operations organization with direct involvement supporting strategy, organizational design, and performance management.
Stellar collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams.
Successful results in previous business impact through performance and metrics management
Experience in change management within a fast moving business environment
Strong understanding of Implementation, finance, development, customer success and internationally distributed teams.
Strong management skills with a proven ability to successfully work within both solid-line and dotted-line reporting structures.
Flexibility, and ability to adjust on the fly, to new demands; a high sense of urgency.
A desire to work in a high growth and results-oriented team environment.
Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with executive leadership.
